Professional development for business school faculty

I EDITION

CAPRI, 17 – 23 JUNE, 2019

WELCOME TO
Professional development for business school faculty
Pressures on schools to prove their economic and social worth intensify, while others argue that they should differentiate their missions, as some are doing or generally re-orientate themselves to future challenges and opportunities. The ‘Future of the Business School’ programme addresses the professional development of management academics and scholars as they take on significant management/leadership roles. In many cases this will be a first step to becoming future leaders in the sector.
Importantly, participants will work to identify and think about creating current and future alternatives for their schools, and for their community of scholarship. Particular content will derive from faculty expertise, and participant/ sponsor priorities for example  strategy, staff and student recruitment and selection, career development, equality and diversity, internationalization, and work life balance.
Presented By:University of Naples Federico II
